When will the NPCs Bobo Gleemaker and Emissary of Bristlebane be implemented on Phinigel? I can't find any concrete info on when they should be expected. Data shows the quests were introduced in 2011 (VoA) but Fanra and ZAM both say the quests have been tied to Seeds of Destruction on previous TLPs. 'The Gift of Laughter' can currently be completed but 'Let's Have Some Fun!', 'This Ain't Right', and 'A Fool's Errand' are not available, despite all required zones being accessible. Even items for 'A Fool's Errand' (Rough Purple Gem) are currently spawning in Dragonscale Hills.
Looking into this further. The Bristlebane events run when Seeds of Destruction has unlocked on the server. This looks like it matches the era when the first Bristlebane celebration happened in 2009. However, Bobo Gleemaker is restricted to House of Thule. This looks like it matches the era when this content was added in 2011. Emissary of Bristlebane (and his friends) are restricted to Rain of Fear. This looks like it matches the era when this content was added in 2013.
