[BRD] group endurance regen

    If you're interested in the math behind bard group endurance regen, here you go.

    Bards have 5 abilities that increase their group's endurance (per tick):

    Pulse of Sionachie (19)
    Chorus of Sionachie (11)
    Aura of Sionachie (19) - functions as heal instead of "regen" stat
    Silisia's Lively Crescendo Rk. III (48)
    Dichotomic Psalm 5 (48)

    Silisia's Lively Crescendo is a group HP/END/M heal after 36 seconds. It has a 45 second recast (so every 48 seconds it is possible to use)

    It gives 387 endurance per group member which means it is modded +350% (don't know, bard math):

    86 base end * 4.5 mod = 387 end
    387 end / 48 sec * 6 sec per tick = 48.375 ~= 48 end per tick

    Dichotomic Psalm is a group HP/END/M heal. It has a 60 second recast (so every 63 seconds)

    It gives 503 endurance to the group, meaning it is focused +67% (don't know, bard math):

    302 base end * 1.67 mod = 503 end
    503 end / 63 sec * 6 sec per tick = 47.905 ~= 48 end per tick

    In reality I don't play crescendo every 48 seconds because I prefer to have it in a melody key. I play it every 63 seconds = 37 end per tick.

    In a vacuum bards can give:

    19 (Pulse)
    + 11 (Chorus)
    + 19 (Aura)
    + 48 (Crescendo)
    + 48 (Dichotomic)
    = 145 Total END regen for the group

    In reality (for example, I don't use regen aura and cresc isn't played as often):

    19 (Pulse)
    + 37 (Crescendo)
    + 48 (Dichotomic)
    = 104 total END regen for the group

    In non-spreadsheet reality this number is going to be even lower because:
    - Every 3 minutes I interrupt my melody to use Epic + FE
    - Every 10 minutes I interrupt my melody to disc

    Such is the drawback of long reuse songs like Dichotomic Psalm and Crescendo.

    We can also use Miniature Horn of Unity for +1000 end over 10 minutes (10 per tick).

    The next question is, what kind of DPS is gained from said END regen?
