You really should start with your fellow mage raiding guildmates. One would hope that if you are a raiding mage there, you would have access to their past wisdom. There also been plenty of mage raid discussion in this forum over the years. It feels like you want an easy button, rather than do some work yourself (hint: there's not a lot of complexity in a basic raiding mage setup).
Personally don’t use hot keys. Everything is key bound or multibound. Raid lag makes most social keys useless.
