Boxed Bard - No melee- Best primary\sec

Hello all ,

This is your favorite closet bard lover extraordinaire with a question about boxed bards that never melee.

Are there high end items(non weapon) that will better amplify melee\attack\spell\heal songs for the prim\sec slots? If so what are these? I've seen a couple of items on FV that the seller describes as specialized clickys. To me they seemed to mod certain songs well (35%?)

Instrumental Combat is self only. It doesn't affect anyone except the bard wielding the instrument.
