The faction pendants, obtained from the two Scouts near the Bloody Kithicor zone in, always required level 65 to obtain them. I took my level 65 Rogue there recently, only to find that the level requirement has been raised. On enquiring in the general channel, I was told the level was now 80! What is the reason for this? The pendants are needed to request tasks and quests in the Army of Light or Obliteration Army camps; without them, you simply cannot get even the simple collection task given by Kibrek in the Army of Light camp. Quests for level 70 are given in the same camp, so why, if you cannot even approach the quest-giver without the relevant pendant, has the level for it been raised?
