The rare chase drop necklaces Blood-Soaked Necklace of (Adroitness, Vigor and Security) have the current raid healing focus of Sanguine Recuperation (110% to 145% heal increase up to level 125) instead of the CoV raid focus Restorative Pyrexia II (100% to 135% heal increase up to level 120). This makes them better than the raid ore created necklaces from CoV for healer when they are from my understanding supposed to be equal to t1 (non ore) raid gear from CoV. Some might view this as a call to nerf an item but it looks to be an obvious unintended mistake.
If you really want to knock some socks off, Waxing T1 group rogue pants summon a better poison than CoV T2 raid pants.
