I am on the step where you have to goto Tipt, and get the 5 power cells. I've currently gotten A, B, C, and the key to progress. I get to the Riddler, he gives me a riddle I answer it correctly but he doesn't give me the 4th cell, I've dropped it and redone it multiple times. Any thoughts?

Ya the guide I was using told me to get the container afterwards, so I didn't have it, I'll have to go back and redo it and see if it works, thanks for the info.
