I'm going to lock my characters at level 110 and explore some of the content. As a result, I don't mind taking some time or camping items. What is the best Enhanced Minion (EM) item that I can get for my mage and necro that is not prestige and that doesn't require a raid?

Isn't there a Sage's Golden Earring EM24 that is tradable ? I think it's lvl 105 ? Also, the angry Cactus in OT drops one ? Sorry, can't recall specifics.
Best non-prestige ear from CoV is Yellow Crescent of Yeouf, but it is no-trade unlike the Shivery Earring and therefore would require you to have the expansion to loot it. Based on you staying at 110 and looking for non-prestige, probably means you don't have the expansion and probably don't intend to purchase it. Just wanted to point out that there are non-prestige items for 110's in the new expansion in case you were interested.
