Should have asked for Ingenuity and Empowered Ingenuity that work on Sympathetic procs, AA lines created largely so damage procs would be more balanced between pure melee and hybrids. Choosing existing AA that would work on the existing procs and therefore require the smallest amount of Elidroth's time to implement led him to a knee-jerk reaction. Instead DoT and Heal procs will remain virtually unusable for Wizards as the base values to make them viable for Wizards would make them over-powered for classes with many DoT and Heal augmenting AAs.
