Berserker's - Dichotomic Rage 6 vs Dissident Rage 3

    Simple question.

    It appears that Dichotomic Rage 6 does more dmg then Dissident Rage 3. Is that correct?

    Without a parser, it's hard to verify that I am correct.

    I have been told that Dichotomic 6 is better than Dissident 3. I don't know at what level Dissident becomes better than Dichotomic 6.

    As I don't have Dichotomic 6, it wasn't a consideration for me, but it seems to be widely known that you need to hold onto your Dichotomic 6 for a while to level up the Dissident.

    Being a rogue with an extra (insert crap number here) per hit dichotomic / dissident ....wow....I never really looked at it for zerkers. Almost a 15k skill attack? We got such a crap dichotomic... do other melee's have a recourse tied on top as well? Yikes. I feel like they forgot the triple skill attack backstab / flying kick for 10-15k before the crap "add this + dmg to attack" recourse for monks and rogues....lol!

    Tell me about it. Not to mention the fact the Zerkers reuse is 1 minute, versus 5 minutes for monk.

    Just running some quick numbers, I’d conservatively say Zerker dicho/dissident adds around 5x more DPS than monk dicho/dissident.

    I really need to pay attention to dissident rage so I can record new personal record with dissident. This is my best with Rk 3 or whatever of dichotomic rage last year. With dissident I'm hitting for over 1 million per shot.

    well from what I've seen from my paladin and zerker the new version at rank 4 = the raid version from tbm. So if you weren't a raider and didn't get rank 6 of the dicho the new version at max group lvl is the equivalent of that. The last 2 ranks put you over that if you're a raider. So in short for someone that only groups it's an improvement. As a raider it's not better until rank 5 and 6. My pally's rank 6 was the exact same as rank 4 and at rank 5 it's better as a raider.

    Transporter is exactly correct from a damage perspective Dichotomic 6 = Dissident 4. The best thing with Dissident, and why I changed over, is Dissident uses the Axe of the Mangler. I no longer have to keep 2 types of axes for normal skills and Dichotomic.
