Berserker Tome: Torrid Frenzy

Hey all. Is this intended to be clicked out of combat only? I don't remember previous versions requiring this, but it seems to be the case.

requires under 90% hp to use, but its worse than the bolstered frenzy line which is on the same timer so nobody uses it

So it's not a Torrid but a "Horrid" frenzy/skill then

You really have to wonder what kind of crack they were smoking when they set reuse so long?!?

The only real positive to Torrid Frenzy is that it refreshes on itself so you don't have to recast it.

I'm not sure this is enough of a benefit to make me ever want to use it over Bolstered but there you have it.
