Clearly a low-priority issue, but Barrage (and the timer-8 abilities previously in its line) tells the world that the rogue who uses it is the victim when they are buffed by using it on monsters. using Barrage Rk.II casts Aggravated Barrage Rk.II on the rogue. The rogue sees: You stab frantically at your foe. Everyone else sees: [the rogue] is the victim of frantic stabs. It's a mismatch.
