Bard Upgrade to Sathir's Insult - COV

Well, during last year's beta, he did say it's upgraded in expansions where there isn't a level cap increase.

I wouldn't be surprised if he simply missed it considering that, despite his statement, the last upgrade came in an expansion with a new level cap. It also wouldn't be the first time he forgot to upgrade the line. Hopefully its omission is not deliberate.

Actually Jennre, I am ok with using Sathirs still get the Synergy and far more mana efficient and being I am the one that usually running covenant, I have to watch the mana (Now have a Mod Rod Addiction I am dealing with)

Even in that case you could still use sathir's if we were given a new one

Yelinak's insult is in now, no push and new level of synergy that Sathirs wont fire. Say good bye to your mana. Especially running sticks and stones
