   Issue: Mixolydian Arpeggio [58430] spell is casting Masterful Mixolydian Third [58436] when it should be casting Masterful Mixolydian Root [58435].
   
   This effect is triggered from bard NoS raid breastplates, Loremaster Breastplate of Spectral Luminosity [169656] and Spectral Luclinite Loremaster Breastplate [169856].

   edit: bah. They nerfed bards?? Third is going to the bard and Root is going to the group. No fair!!! It used to be Root for both group and bard.
