I have been studying the macros on melody so my bard can play more than one song at once. But I can't seem to get it to work. It worked once but then when I changed the songs it keeps stopping and now I can't get it to work at all. I used /melody 1 2 3 4 and /melody 1,2,3,4 and /stopsong /melody 1,2,3,4, or 1 2 3 4 but nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? or are bard melodies just broken? Thanks for any help!

Put your /stopsong before your /melody That way if you have hotkeys for each melody when you press the button it will stop the last melody you were running, and starts the new melody. /stopsong /melody # # # # # The thread links that Fohpo gave you are very good and I was definately going to suggest the top two on his list. I would say if your new to the class they are mandatory reading.
Holy Necro, Batman! Anyway, Im still going to comment that I think the right way to handle dichotomic is to make a gina trigger for it to tell you when the cooldown is up. Then if you are in the middle of an important song you can wait or if you are past the important songs in your melody then you can interrupt it for dicho. Same thing with Silisia's Lively Crescendo.
