Why is it so bad? It takes 40 minutes of sitting regen to get back the mana from 1 cast of our level 43 spell. I can't even regen from 0% to 100% without getting kicked for being afk.
This is a bard's life. It gradually gets better, but this is the way you live until you max your FT, and your mana pool makes this trivial. Wait until you get fading memories and need to learn to manage your pool.
July 17, 1999: No spell or effect that accelerates the process of mana regeneration will work on a Bard.
Bards don't benefit from any spell based +mana regen, only worn regen. It's the only thing that makes mana anything to worry about for bards.
