Sorry for the dumb questions, but wanted to make sure I understood things correctly: (Note: I play on Phinny) Bard epic is a 1.8 modifier, for all song types, including Singing (the only way to get singing mod for a while). You can use your epic in either hand and still get the song mods (according to a patch in Oct 2001). If you have an instrument in your other hand, the highest mod per type will be what is used (right now it'll always be epic, obviously). That correct? Am I missing anything?
Yeah like haste gear, not cumulative. Least that's what I recall. Given the time involved it does take some of the bloom off the rose.
