bard: cantata of courage RK3?

What do I need to do to get this upgrade? Magelo says Zeb in void sells it. Zam says you need to do certain raids (SoD) to unlock RK3 spells and songs - but it doesnt say what raid for this song. Anyone know? It would reduce my refresh from 2m to 1m.

Do raids to unlock being able to buy it I would assume.

If you're unable to do the raid, I believe rank2 will drop it to 90 seconds.

Ya I will get that until I can get 6 people to do the raid.
It seems like you need all 6 in instance for this one or he wont give his speech to start it.
