    I just wanted to add that when you parse the Instrument Damage effect it doesn't translate into a 30% increase in damage or DPS for the main hand. IIRC it was closer to 5% DPS increase. Being able to use the effect while dual wielding would be an over all boost of 7-8%.

    If they actually fixed the effect so it provided a 30% increase in MH damage it would be really sweet to have the effect on a Bard only shield as well the BP.

    On further understanding. The "Instrument damage mod" is something that should be temporary or, if permanent, acquired in another method than on an item. The BP focus is about improving one particular thing/line, not all something... like all melee.
