Question for the bards on live? Does Amplification ever get made obsolete, and if so when? I'm playing on TLP and still use it, but in some of the guides I've read, for later song line ups, it never seems to figure. Is this because it's obsolete, or is there something better. Cheers.
Amplification is largely useless once your armor mods are high enough. It works on Selo's Kick (lvl 85) which is why some bards use it still.
i think people shy away from Amplification because it has a different recast timer than other songs and it is a nuisance to work into /melodies. i tend to work it in because, well, what the heck.
