Bard AC soft cap?

Anyone know the Bard AC soft cap at 110?

Following along with this post https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/index.php?threads/ac-vs-acv2.210028/, I calculated 752.

I forgot to include form of endurance in my previous calculation, so now I'm at 693.

I thought bards and clerics were .33 soft cap return not .3?

Am I misremembering that?

I can't recall if/how they've changed over the years, but here are the current multipliers:
