Banned Account

    Ive Submitted a ticket and everything...
    I went to log into my second account after not playing EQ for years due to health issues...
    One Minute I can log into the account; next day I cant....

    Come on now...
    its been a day since I submitted the ticket...
    Is DayBreak a Part-Time Support Company???

    If you notice it took the last person at least 3 days. So it will take longer than one day. Make sure you answer any email they send you or failing that then you need to check your ticket status on your account.

    That is if your situation was an unintentional ban. If you did something that caused you to be banned then its a different story.

    I just looked...
    My Ticket & Activity has been deleted....
    Its not showing now that I have a request....

    No EMails as of yet either...

    I did make sure to change and Verify my E-Mail...
    So, I know they have a good E-Mail & Phone...

  5. CatsPaws No response to your post cause your on ignore

    Regardless of the reason the petition was deleted you need to file it again if its not there. They cannot respond to a petition that is not there.

    Do you have any idea why you were banned? Sounds like you possibly attempted to purchase too much too fast - like a krono, all access, expansion, db cash all at once. If you did that then put that in the petition also so they will understand that it was an error.

    I didn't try to purchase anything...
    All I did was to log in a second to save the account info...

    Than from there I logged into my Main...Everything is fine there...

    So, I don't have a Clue...
