Many games charge you a comission to list the item in the market in the first place, so you pay that no matter what, and on every item. EQ is free unless you're too lazy to go to the bazaar and get it.
I cannot see how folks are upset with this. There is no need to spend money, it's merely a convenience. Personally, other than the subscription, and the expansions, I've never paid anything extra for EQ. The free SC every month along with the free LoN booster packs, are a nice bonus I like. It appears you'll be able to occasionally send a bought item to a parcel vendor or to your cursor and still not pay any RL cash. I like this.
Any chance of making the previous bazaar log work with this new feature? With offline mode its more difficult to actually see whats been sold.
