Okay is there really an attack cap can l oad up on so many augs and keeps goin ,is there restrictions to being overcap etc,i look at alot posts on forums and stuff can not find right answer (well in lament terms).So is there any easy calculations or what to determine bettering this stat?
worn attack is a hard cap. It can be raised by AAs though. DEX will also raise the stat for throwing/archery and STR for everything else. basically it's skill + stat bonus (with some formula, it's not a straight increase) + worn attack (capped) + attack from buffs
