    Pulled a week of parses -
    non raiding content during the week = 16k casts, 51 fizzles.
    during raid content that week = 771 casts, 1 fizzle.

    You have the lv 17 spell Intellectual Superiority right? that's a cast-able spell that does the same thing. . . of sorts. its 6 as opposed to 20 but its still a spell.
