The Artic Orb (1Hand TOV Aug) ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=136668 ) has a modify option. However when selecting modify, nothing happens. I have all TOV achievements except raids. In previous x-pacs we could modify the 1 hand augs after we get the challengers achievements, is this a know bug or an oversight perhaps?
Not a bug. This is the base damage aug in the expansion and does not have any extra umph. It has a modified button because req 110/rec 115. If you are not 115, you can use the button to see what the aug will actually be for you (or what the aug will be when rec level).
