The focus of this guild will be to clear all current content each week, keeping boxes to a minimum as well as not zerging targets.

We will use a loot council of myself plus three officers and three raiders chosen each expac by guild vote. Loot will be distributed based on three factors. 1. time since last upgrade 2. size of the upgrade 3. raid attendance.

Recruitment is fully open pre-launch until after we have begun raids. Once raiding begins we will hold recruitment on classes that are already at quota on raids. Opening the class back up once we lose a raid slot several weeks in a row. Once WMD is able to close open recruitment we will be moving to a system of votes for recruits to get moved to full raider status. They will have to have at least 5 raiders upvote the recruit joining the guild, with no more than 2 down votes to become a full member.

Certain Items will be restricted to certain classes during the current era, all such items will be listed beforehand so that you know before the next expac begins.

Warriors looking to join the guild should maintain a 80%+ Raid Attendance. If you intend to play a warrior that you will receive additional scrutiny due to the fact that we are only keeping 5 raiding Wars in the guild at one time. This is to limit how spread out the tank gear gets. You need 4 tanks for a DEF rotation, the 5th warrior is our back up in case one of the other 4 can't make a raid.The reason being, if we can't utilize a defensive rotation there are some fights we just can not complete. No other classes have any attendance threshold.

Officer positions are open and will be assigned once the server has been up for at least three weeks so we can make sure that everyone is a good fit.
