There is no longer a rock and the popup no longer occurs when clicked. This screenshots is with all actors turned on, nothing hidden, and full particle effects.
This is how it appeared when it was launched if you didn't log out and patch. Not sure the significance of said information but it is possible that you could be missing the model for it.
I've most definitely patched. It was like this for 4 other people who I asked to come and look, as well.
