Apparitional String Serving Merchant cost

    Apparitional String Serving has a Merchant cost of 497 while all of the other Apparitional essence including those used in the other weapons only cost 469.

    EQResource has had the same vendor pricing listed that you mention since beta finished. Seems intentional?

    That may be but it still doesn't seem right when your primary form of dps weapon costs more than every other class.
