Just wondering if I am missing something. Most games give some sorta bonus for doing a preorder but I dont see any bonus on the ones EQ does. Even the items you get from buying the game you cant claim yet so whats the point.
The garden housing pre order bonus is in game if you pre order. You also get Beta Access if you care about that. If you don't care about that then it just depends if you want the expansion or not. If you want it and to play in new content for the next year, then you might as well "get it over with" buying it. You will be gtg then on launch day.
If you don't have all of the previous expansions, a possible reason is that preordering should also give you immediate access to all currently available expansions. This used to not be the case, but that was when the money paid was not deducted until the expansion went live.
