Just wondering if there was a placeable arrow out there. Thinking/hoping I’ve seen one, but can’t recall anything about it

no Ettin in EQ, per se, like giant 2-head ogre guys. There's Huvuls, they're kinda close in visual concept re: humanoid with 2 heads, but they're hell beast themed with spikeybits, no eyes, no lips, digitigrade stance
