Hello I was curious to see if anyone else has noticed that Anticipated Shots, and occasionally Focused Arrowrain, do not properly trigger counters from Greater Scarlet Cheetah Fang IV. Wondering if this is bug?

did some testing of it too and its indeed about 50% of the time on Focused Arrowrain and 0 on anticipated shots made a report https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/EQ-956 dont appear to be edit button, slight misspelling
