Anniversary 13th - Lucky 13

There is a insane long row of task before getting access to the L95 raid and it is heavily bugged:

Lucky 13

After running around for ages to deliver the letters:
- dinner party - start is bugged - there is no mug on the tables when Captain Pete poisons the mug of Farwhendle - nothing to click

-> removing flag requirements for the raid task would make sense to at least get the reason for doing these tasks...

Mugs have always appeared on the floor in this mission.
