Anguish Mata Muram Event won't run

Zone: Anguish, the Fallen Palace
Location: 4950.66, 616.04, 278.04, 405.55

Target NPC: Overlord Mata Muram
Target Location: 4968.88, 506.88, 306.32, 256.00

Description: Event wont run. No spawns, no hail response. Nothing.

Asking the obvious questions:

1. Have all the other bosses been defeated?
2. Is there an existing loot lockout for OMM on any of the characters in the DZ?

I think you may have run into the same issue I had a few weeks ago. The text from OMM shows up under a different filter than /say, so it was in a window that I had tabbed out of and didn't see until like 30-60 minutes later. Suggest checking all of your windows, it is quite possibly under the 'Other' filter (just a guess).

In the last month or so, I've experienced this as well. I was able to trigger him, by repeating the starting phrase in /say a few times, "worlds."

IIRC, you can't get into the OMM/AMV room unless all the other bosses are defeated/locked out. The veil(?) surrounding OMM won't lift up unless AMV is defeated/locked out.

I suppose there could exist a situation where you've met all the conditions to access OMM, and then a lockout from an earlier event wore off.. but I've never experienced that and pretty sure you'd get kicked out of OMM's room.
