Am I able to use the Ebon Hero's Forge Plate Set with chainmail armor?

  1. Scott Mullenix I like troll sk, troll shaman, and ikzar necro.

My troll shaman would look good with it. If EQ wants to make more money, allowing this is an option. I'd like to use it with my ikzar necromancer. To get that plate look for a necromancer. One explanation how come I stopped playing my level like 51 necromancer, the cloth look.

Shaman wear chain, so they can use. Necros wear cloth, so they cannot.

Go to the link in this post, find the one you want, click your version )chain - cloth -etc) and it will open in a u tube so you can see the 360 moveable view of the Hero's forge armor.

There are some HF armor (ones you get from heritage crates) that any one can put on a basic cloth armor like what is sold in newbie zones and the equip which ever chain, plate etc you want. But to keep the look while your running around then you give up your stat armor

At least with Hero's Forge you can get away from the robes. I use a chest ornament and a legs ornament (available in both cloth and leather which is usable in cloth armor) on my enchanter so she can wear pants.
