Fell foliage Lockout still is not fixed. Ran Mission did /tasktime upon death of Boss...nada Opened chest did /tasktime.. had lockout. Bug reported several times. Why all the suspensions and no fix?

You can still drop the mission at any point. You cannot loot anything from the chest without having the mission within your task window. So if you've booted it after the boss dies but before you open the chest, there's no way to loot anything from the chest (even after you /open it). This is for all missions, not just Fell Foliage. Chances are they've kept it this way so various missions can be dropped if you fail an achievement mechanic you're attempting. You don't get any benefit from the mission (no gear, spells, currency), so I think saying it is an exploit to reattempt an achievement would be a difficult stance to take.
