Finally got most of my stuff back. Still missing bags but at this point I'm too tired of dealing with DBGs incompetence. This experience has left me soured to DBG and their complete disregard for anything that isn't progression server related. I haven't pulled the trigger yet but if this is how little they care (no communication, no apology, no attempt at appeasement), then I'm going to care just as much about paying for their product. I am probably going to stop re-upping all of my accounts.
