All achievements gone after going from silver to gold

    I recently consumed a Chrono and in doing so upgraded from Silver membership to Gold. Checking my achievements there are now none. It is like I have never done anything in the game after 20+ years on the FV server. Naturally this is highly concerning and I'm not sure how to proceed at this point in getting it addressed. To start things off I'd like to know if this have ever happened before to anyone else.

    Have you camped to desktop and then reentered the game thru the patcher?
