I'm trying to upgrade my account to All access, but am unable to hit "continue" to proceed to purchase options. The continue button has a crossed circle cursor emblem preventing me from paying for the membership upgrade. Am I doing something wrong or is this service not available at this time?
some folks have reported issues related to that. I would just try later unless there is a pressing need to get subscribed then you could go thru the hassle of trying a different browser, clearing browser, restarting computer, modem etc.
