So I clicked on the buy now for all access chose to pay with steam put money in my wallet and now i can't figure out how to buy the all access and getting very frustrated. would be great if someone can help me out.
I would be very surprised if you could purchase All Access through Steam. It's not even possible to purchase the expansions through Steam, anymore. Here's a link to an article I found showing the different ways of paying.
