All-Access Purchase

Anybody else getting this "Unable to process request, please visit help.soe.com for further assistance" error message when attempting to purchase the 99.99 one year promo deal? Attempted from 2 different external browsers as well as twice from within the marketplace in-game and to no avail. No charges are coming out of my account and it's the same card I've been using for for several years for recurring Everquest membership.

Yes, I couldn't get in last night. Haven't tried yet today.
