   Bard Epic is great for having all modifiers available at once. I think Armor with Instrument-Mods are not available on Agnarr.

   You kind of forgot the most important part about bard epic: the proc (buff haste, str but most importantly attack); you wont bag your epic until you get the time weapon clicky because of that proc.
