I've tried now twice on separate occasions to get the attention of Kelynn with my Wood-Elf rogue, but he does not respond in any way to my hails or attempts to give the coin to him. I've made sure I'm not hiding or sneaking while doing it too. Has anyone completed this on Agnarr or is it somehow locked out?
I have completed this quest on Agnarr and ran into the same problem. I think there's a bug as he treats you as being hid even if you break stealth. My fix - Logged out and then back in. Was able to complete the trade then.
