<The Regime> is currently recruiting members to fill the final spots in our raid force! Our goal is to create a community of like-minded players, who want to enjoy their time in EverQuest just as much as their time outside of it. Personality and character count just as much as experience, and we want our members to represent the best of what the EverQuest community has to offer. Our mission was to assemble a single-raid force, capable of completing all content in-era, without the over-recruiting present in many other guilds. We have been incredibly successful in achieving this objective, having killed every boss in-era during classic and Kunark! Each and every one of our members is valued, and by focusing on a singular raid group we can invest in each other, work together, and never find ourselves competing against fellow members that would be considered more strangers than friends in larger guilds. Whether you are new or returning, a veteran player or just looking to expand your knowledge of the Classic experienced, we have something to offer you! Raid Information: We are currently raiding Monday and Wednesday from 7pm -11pmPST and Sunday (as an optional non-dkp/attendance night) at 7pm PST. We emphasize efficient raiding, getting as much accomplished during our scheduled times as possible, so that we can focus on clearing more content in fewer days. Our raid leaders have years of experience completing content in the Classic era and beyond. We welcome players old and new to EverQuest end-game to experience some of most iconic raid content this game has to offer! We've currently locked down Kunark content including Veeshan's Peak and we did it without having to joint raid with other guilds. We are still looking for members for the final few spots in our force as we move into Velious! Still looking for a handful of people to top our numbers off for Velious. If you want a guild that complete's all relevant content (including classic) and does it on a family friendly casual schedule (No batphones and only 5-6 official hours a week of raiding!) then check us out. We have gotten a handful of new people the last month and the most common thing we hear is they are shocked at how efficient and quickly we get things done compared to their old guilds. If this sounds like something you would be interested in then look us up! All classes are currently open but we are especially looking for Wizards, Bards, and Shamans.
Recruitment is going great and seeing alot of new people who are ready to raid Velious content. We still have some slots for most classes so if your looking for that late night PST raid guild (and one that isn't a zerg with multiple raid teams making you just some number on a spreadsheet to leadership) then the Regime may be for you!

A little more information on The Regime: The goal of the Regime is to be a guild that raids on a casual schedule so that we can spend more time with our families, friends, or other games but still kill all relevant content each and every expansion. We currently raid 3-4 hours twice a week and our goal is to be able to clear all Velious+ content in that time period. I know it is possible because I have done it in guilds on past TLP servers. My goal as the Guild and Raid Leader is to know each and every person within the guild and to fill a single raid with talented people who want to raid and want to do it is efficiently as possible. We have had many people from other guilds join us over the last few months (including some "big name" guilds) and the most common response I hear from new recruits is they are impressed with how organized the raids are and the speed at which we move to/kill targets. That all being said, Our main goal is to make sure that everyone is welcome and appreciated in the guild and to work with those who need or want help and to empower those who excel and want to achieve higher rewards. The Regime has a few more slots left in our raid before Velious; though with recent recruitment increases and some returning friendly faces our raids are starting to get more and more full. If you want to join us for some fun and mob killing, then come give us a shot or give any officer (Kushiel, Rerics, Morphanite, Yirral, Izanagi) a shout out and we would be happy to talk to ya about The Regime. Apparently I cannot edit the colors anymore in the original post. Meh. Anyway! So over the last couple weeks a few of the prominent PST guilds have either completely disbanded or have dropped to less than half their raid force and are not able to clear all the content anymore. In light of that, The Regime has had a huge recruitment push the last week with many of these people coming to join us from their guilds that have disbanded. We are still clearing all relevant Kunark and Classic content each and every week and doing it faster and faster each time (our raids are down to less than 6 hours total and a couple nights a week and were downing all relevant content). We are still looking for a few more for each class but we are filling up VERY fast! Our goal is not to have hundreds of people but a core group of 50ish and a handful of others to get us to the 65-72 man single raid force. If you are a player looking to raid in the PST time zone or later hours of other time zones then look us up! There are not that many slots left in our raid force for Velious and with the options for a PST time guild getting smaller this may be your chance to get into one of the more stable PST guilds left on the server!
The Regime is doing better than ever! Our raids are mostly full but we are still looking for a few more classes: 2 Enchanters 2 Rogues 2 Wizards Always recruiting Clerics! Our first night in Velious was a resounding success! In Classic we were rated about 18th on the server (late start). In Kunark we dropped to the low teens. On Weds were were the 4th guild on the server to down Avatar of War and we did it first shot without a single practice run on test! That's right you didn't have to spend weeks practicing the content on Test server for pointless reasons, you could have just joined The Regime and downed everything on the first try. So if your looking for a premier raiding guild that clears all relevant content in just 2 official days of raiding and doesn't make you spend countless hours "testing" stuff on other servers just to be able to down it, then look us up! Slots are limited at this time but we are always accepting good recruits!
