I have had 2 agents on another account suddenly jump in the "time out" timers. One was around 4 hours (shaken) go to 35 hours then one was around 9 hours (missing) go to 71 hours. Has anyone else experienced this?
This just happened to me. Chalice was down 36hrs (discredited) this morning. Currently looking at 61hrs.
Seems like something changes them without notification. I have had them increase and I have had them stuck saying "clearing incapacitation" for over an hour (finally cleared when I next logged in), as if there is time I can not see but which still counts as time out.
Happened again. Incapacitated (Missing) 18hrs last night turned into nearly 63hrs when I just loaded up. Different agent. What the heck?
