Since the patch the only person I can give loot to on the advanced loot window is myself. I have to tag to leave on corpse for others to loot it in the same group.
Similar issue here. Only two toons show up in the drop down option leaving two of my other toons off the list. This normally would not be much of an issue if I was not doing the Halloween quests and need to give each toon quest items. Only work around is to change master looters every time I need to have someone loot something or just leave items on corpse and have them manually loot them.
