Account unable to log in.

    The launcher suddenly asked for password. Entered. "There was an error completing your request. Please try again."
    Reset password. Entered. "There was an error completing your request. Please try again."
    Turns out account is also unable to log into website.
    Same results on second comp that is able to load other accounts without an issue.
    any help? thanks

    Got same problem with one of 4 accounts. Done a support ticket few hours ago still nothing.

    I am also having this same issue with only 1 of my 6 accounts. Was logged in last night just fine.

    Same for me, 1 of our 6 accounts fails to log in. :(

    If I try to use the launcher :
    There was an error completing your request. Please try again.
    If I try to use the patchme method : Error - A timeout occurred

    I've played yesterday, and all was fine on this account.
    And I can't log on the site with this account so I can't even submit a ticket with the correct account.
    So the problem looks general, and not only related to the game.

    Don't tell me that your DB is corrupted ... not again ...

    Edit : just to add, this account doesn't have any special character in the name, so it seems different than one of the previous issues we've had with the login process.

    Exactly the same here. As a returning player after a 13 year leave, I was playing on my account earlier today and am now unable to log in... I had create a new account just to post here.

    This sub forum is for players to help players - this is a bug and needs to be posted in the "bug report" sub forum. Then others need to click "like" on the first post to get the devs attention, thanks

    Well, you're right, but the bug report sub forum seems to be designed for game bugs.

    But this one is not, it's a general bug with the whole DPG account authentification system, and database.
    You can't even log on the site with the corrupted accounts.

    There is no real support forum on the general daybreak site, and when you go to the Daybreak support page and click on the Contact Support link, it sends you to the authentification page ... and you can't, because the login/pass is rejected.
    Pretty silly situation, and you're trapped in an endless loop. :D

    One of my accounts password has been changed. I never got an email saying it was changed either. The secret answer is not working. On 2 other accounts the secret answer is not working either but the password has not been changed. It is also upsetting there is not a specific team setup to handle account recovery/hacks we have to just wait for typed responses. Really sucks all the time spent and money and we get no immediate help.

    Exact same issue here on one of my 3 accounts. Based on posts here and in bug reports a whole lot of people are experiencing this issue.
