Account to account character transfer question

    Sorry if this was asked before, couldn't find an answer in previous threads... A few years ago I had an account to account transfer done via in-game ticket, I just needed to make sure that enough daybreak bucks were on the originating account before the transfer would be completed. Wondering if this is still an option, thanks in advance.
