AA XP rate on Selo is broken

Selo was advertised as having "near live" XP rates, which is true for regular, character level XP. However, AA XP is nowhere close to live rates, being a tiny fraction at best - and is even worse off if the 20th anniversary 50% bonus is applying correctly.

Please investigate the rate of AA XP gain on Selo and correct it to be what was advertised.
