Zone: Silyssar, New Chelsith Target Mob: A Shissar Arcanist. Issue: According to what I'm reading, in order to use the portal pad to get to mobs we have to complete Katta #6? Is this right? These old raid zones are so ancient that info online is unclear at best.. If I google anything regarding portals, the overwhelming majority of info is about keying to get into zone, not about portals IN the zone. This doesn't seem fixed to me. Came here on my lvl 87 character and couldn't use the Teleporter or figure it out.
